We offer a 14-day return window (from the date the package was marked as delivered) for eligible merchandise. Exchanges or returns for store credit are always free. Returns for a refund to the original payment method are subject to a $12 restocking fee deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed within 3 business days once received.
