What is your return policy?
14 Day Returns*
We want you to love our products just as much as we do! But we understand that sometimes things don’t always work out as planned. We offer a 14-day return window (from the date the package was marked as delivered) for eligible merchandise. Final Sale items (marked on the individual product page), including headwear, are not eligible for return/exchange.
*Exchanges or returns for store credit are always free. Returns for a refund to the original payment method are subject to a $12 restocking fee deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed within 3 business days once received.

Returns/Exchanges are only accepted if authorized by Eleven Eleven using a provided prepaid shipping label. We will not accept and are not responsible for returns shipped by a customer-supplied shipping label.

Can I cancel/change my order after placing it?
Please contact email our support team with your order number to support@eleveneleven.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request; however, once your order has been placed, we may not be able to update, cancel, or change the shipping address.
How soon can I expect my order after placing it?
Processing Time: Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days from when the order was placed. During periods of high demand (such as holidays, or new product releases) order processing may take up to 4 business days. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping: Transit time can vary based on the destination and shipping speed selected at checkout. Domestic orders with Standard Ground shipping typically arrive within 3-7 business days after your order is shipped. Orders with Expedited Shipping arrive within 2 days after your order is shipped. Eleven Eleven is not responsible for carrier shipping delays. Delivery times are estimated but not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please enter your shipping address to see the carrier shipping rates to your destination country. International packages typically arrive within 10 business days once shipped from our US warehouse. However, we are not responsible for international carrier delays, import taxes or duties.
My order arrived damaged, can you help me?
We're so sorry to hear that! If your product arrived damaged/defective, please contact our customer experience team at support@eleveneleven.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to save all product packaging and the original shipping box, as photographic evidence will be required to process a claim.
My order was marked as “Delivered” but it’s nowhere to be found!
Next Steps:
1) Please make sure that the shipping address you provided during checkout matches your correct location.
2) Ask your neighbors or building management if they received your package by accident.
3) Sometimes packages are prematurely marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier and may still arrive at a later date. Please allow 5 business days from the time your order was marked 'delivered' before contacting our support team as your order may still arrive.
4) If you still can not locate your package, please email our support team at support@eleveneleven.com with your name and order number so we can assist you further. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
Lost/Damaged Orders Policy:
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout for a fee (small percentage of the order value). Shipping Protection offers you peace of mind that in the event your order is lost or damaged while in transit, your order will be replaced at no additional charge. Customers may opt-out of shipping protection prior to placing their order, but once an order has been placed with Shipping Protection added, it can not be refunded. Shipping Protection does not cover orders that were lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Lost/damaged orders (with shipping protection added) must provide notice to support@eleveneleven.com within 5 business days of delivery confirmation for coverage to apply. Eleven Eleven reserves the right to deny claims that are believed to be fraudulent (at the discretion of Eleven Eleven).
Damaged orders are required to provide photographic evidence of both the damaged garment and packaging. Lost/Damaged orders with an order value above $100 USD will require a signed affidavit for a claim to be processed. Resolutions for approved claims are provided in the form of a product replacement, or store credit if the item is no longer available. No refunds will be granted. Replacement products are ineligible for return. Claims for orders that opt-out of Shipping Protection, will not be accepted and we recommend customers contact the shipping carrier directly to assist with a claim.
My order tracking has not updated in 5+ business days, what should I do?
If your order has not received any tracking updates in 5+ business days, please contact our customer experience team at support@eleveneleven.com with your name, order number, and shipping address and we will be happy to investigate this further.
Eleven Eleven is not responsible for orders that are mis-delivered or returned to sender (RTS) due to an incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.
